How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually ship out within 3 to 5 business days from the date your order was placed. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
While we pride ourselves on “FAST SHIPPING”, please keep in mind that during the holiday seasons you may experience courier transit delays.

What if I need to change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
We’re unable to make any changes to your shipping address once your order has been placed. Please be sure all pertinent information is entered correctly prior to finalizing your order.
What if I have not received my order confirmation email?
If you believe you have not received a tracking number via the email address you provided at checkout, please check your JUNK folder. If after checking your JUNK folder and you still have not received an order confirmation email, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if it’s been after 5 business days since the date I placed my order and I still have not received my order? Lost or Stolen?
All customers receive order courier information including the order tracking number from Y-FEAR. This information can be used when you contact the shipping courier to assist you in tracking your package. Customers are responsible for filing lost or stolen claims with the shipping carrier.
Y-FEAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not file claims on behalf of the customer.
